doistAI is a conceptual feature designed to integrate an intelligent AI assistant directly into the Todoist app. The project's goal was to enhance productivity by introducing a conversational interface that helps users manage, create, and analyze their tasks more efficiently, powered by the natural language capabilities of ChatGPT.

While Todoist is a best-in-class task manager, users can still face friction in several areas: breaking down large, ambiguous goals into structured projects, retrieving specific information from a vast task history, and gaining actionable insights from their own productivity data. The challenge was to design a feature that seamlessly integrates into the existing Todoist ecosystem to solve these issues, reducing manual effort and adding a layer of intelligent analysis without complicating the core user experience.
